OUR POLICIES

Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 2:00 pm

- Check-out: until 12:00

- Late check-out policy only subject to availability to be checked at reception and payment or not of extra fees.

- If the guest checks out before the reserved date, the full amount of the stay will be charged. - At check-in, it is mandatory to present the document of each guest, including children.

- Please inform Hotel Kalit in advance of your expected arrival time. Important Information

- For housekeeping service, guests must vacate their rooms by 12:00. In order for us to provide the service, guests must inform reception that they wish to do so and leave the keys at reception. Failure to inform us will be considered a disagreement with housekeeping.

Important Information

- Our cleaning service is carried out as follows: bed linen is changed every 03 (three) days; bath/face towels are changed every 02 (two) days; if the guest wishes to make the changes outside the deadline, please request this at reception.

- Clothes and objects left or forgotten at the hotel will be at the disposal of their owners for a period of 90 days. After this period, the hotel may dispose of them in the most appropriate way.

- The voltage is 220v.

- The use of glass cups in the pool area is strictly prohibited.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel's accommodations and common areas.

- Silence must be maintained in the hotel, regardless of the time. - When receiving visitors, access must be via the hotel reception. Hotel Kalit reserves the right to not allow guests and/or third parties (non-guests) access to its premises.

- Corkage Fee: Guests who wish to bring and consume their own beverages may consume them inside the apartment at no additional cost. Consumption in the hotel's common areas will incur a corkage fee of R$40.00 per bottle of wine and sparkling wine and R$80.00 per bottle of spirits.

Pet Policies

- Pets (small animals, up to 10 kg, docile) are always welcome, however, for the comfort and safety of all guests, they must always be on a leash and accompanied by their owner or guardian.

- Large animals are not allowed.

- The daily rate for each pet is R$70.00 per day, including comfort items (bed, water bowl and food bowl)

- Pets are not allowed in restaurant and bar areas or where food or drinks are handled.

- No item of hotel linen (pillows, towels, sheets, etc.) may be used for cleaning or comforting pets. The owner is solely responsible for the pet and must bear any damages caused by it.

- In accommodations with a swimming pool or jacuzzi, pets are not allowed in the water. Failure to comply may result in additional costs.

- Do not leave your pet alone in the room if it tends to make noise, so that other guests do not feel disturbed.

Policies for children

- Our hotel is not suitable for children but they are welcome

- We charge daily rates for children aged 7 and over.

- To see the correct prices and occupancy information, please enter the number of children in your group and their ages.

Policies for cribs and extra beds

- Children from 0 to 6 years old, crib or extra bed, free of charge.

- Extra items are not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation and must be paid for separately during your stay.

- The maximum number of additional beds and cots allowed depends on the room chosen.

- Please contact us for more information about the room, according to maximum capacity.

- All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.

Policies for cancellations and changes to reservations

- Reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 14 calendar days before the check-in date. Reservations cancelled outside this period will be charged in full;

- Rebookings requested within the cancellation period will be made free of charge, subject to availability on the desired date, in the same category as the reserved apartment, respecting the rates in force for the desired date, provided that these are equal to or higher than those of the original reservation, and therefore there will be no refunds;

- Changes in the number of guests will always be made taking into account the capacity for each type of apartment and values will be assigned for additional guests according to the current tariff;

- Reservations made remotely (Internet, Whatsapp and Telephone) may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 7 (consecutive) days after making the reservation in accordance with article 49 of law no. 8,078 of September 11, 1990.
